I am a 30 year old mother of 1 beautiful little boy.
My love of photography has been a lifelong love but only
after the birth of Timmy did I decide to pursue it as a career.
I became obsessed with taking pictures- documenting every
second, as it all seemed so very precious to me ..

I bring my camera everywhere I go, it is my prized posession.
I love to get the perfect, unposed shots .. kids running through
leaves or with faces chock full of cake batter .. I love photographing
pregnant women and documenting the amazing and beautiful changes
in their bodies. I love that my work can capture a moment in time ..
in this fast paced world its so easy to miss the little things .. : )

I have big dreams .. aspirations ..Working in the villages of South Africa .. photographing ..
documenting another culture, would be such an
amazing experience for me .. Someday, Timmy and I will go there : )

It has always been one of my aspirations .. to be able to
expose the pressing issues of hunger, poverty and the HIV/Aids
epedemic that ravages many areas of south Africa - through
photojournalism.. "A picture speaks a thousand words"
